Based in Schwelm, Germany, Vincent brings a hands-on mindset, strong reliability, and a passion for meaningful innovation in maritime safety.

Erik Keizer is an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial strategy and customer relations. As Chief Sales Officer of PSJ Safety Control B.V., he is responsible for leading the company’s sales activities and further strengthening the market position of the SafetyRaft®. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach, Erik plays a key role in achieving our growth objectives, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Olav Fjellså brings deep regional insight and a strong network across the Nordic maritime and outdoor sectors. As Director Partnerships – Nordics, he plays a key role in expanding PSJ Safety Control B.V.'s presence across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. With a practical approach and entrepreneurial spirit, Olav is committed to building trusted partnerships and driving the adoption of life-saving innovations like the SafetyRaft® throughout the region.

John B. Beerens has been involved in the development of the SafetyRaft® concept from the earliest stages, supporting the project with strategic direction, coordination, and long-term vision.
